My goal is to walk (and I mean dedicated walking sessions, not just a consequence of regular living) over 100 miles between now and February 25th.
That means doing 15 miles per week.
Combined with yesterday’s 3.3 miles, that gives me a total of 6 miles thus far. So now I have five days in which to do another nine miles. My daily average overall is going to be 2.14 miles for the next two months or thereabouts – not too bad. These bodies weren’t designed for sitting, they were designed for moving around, after all.
And if that starts getting boring, then I shall just have to run instead. Then it will bore me for less time :o)
Two pounds per week for the next seven weeks.. How hard can it be? ;o)
